February 28, 2011 -- Last weekend on 25-27 February, Nina Ligon was still at Pine Top (Georgia, USA) for the "Pine Top Spring Advanced Horse Trials" to compete in her first-ever Advance level.
We are happy to report that Nina and her horse Fernhill Fearless (AKA Sparky) finished THIRD in the Advance A-1 competition, on Dressage score of 35.6 and double clear in both Show jumping and Cross Country.
"Fernhill Fearless jumped really well!!", said Pan Ligon, Nina's mother.
At the same weekend, Chai Thai and Jazz King both finished at the Second place in two separate intermediate (2-star level) divisions at Pine Top Advanced Horse Trial.
Lastest update from Nina's mom saying that they are now heading home!!
Good to know :)
Hope Nina, her mom and the team got a little bit of time to rest before going to compete in another event....
